Rochester Police arrested an 11-year-old boy after a stabbing in the city Tuesday night. It happened just after 10 p.m. on Thurston Road. Police say a male youth was visiting his uncle and the two got into an argument. It ended when the youth stabbed his uncle in the chest.... read more
